Marcia Griffiths – Jamaica’s Empress Of Reggae

To mark the physical and digital release of the ‘Naturally / Steppin” collection, Jamaica’s greatest female singing star, Marcia Griffiths is this week’s Trojan Artist Of The Week.

Marcia, who began her recording career in the mid-1960s has over the past half-century notched up an astounding number of Jamaican hits, as a solo performer, half of the successful duo, Bob & Marcia and a third of Bob Marley’s famed backing group, the I Threes.
