Dave Hendley Special at TROJAN

When it returned to The Social on Saturday 13th August, TROJAN – Trojan Records’ official club night paid tribute to one of reggae music’s most influentail writers and curators, the late and greatly missed Dave Hendley.

The evening featured sets from many of Dave’s friends, including Chris Lane (Fashion Records), Mistah Brown & Tim P (Tighten Up), Stu Tolhurst (Dub Organiser), Dave Home, Gaffa Blue (Dub Vendor All Stars), Ty Messiah, Ash Mohan (Rock-A-Shacka), Jake Travis (Tuff Scout) and more.

It was a fitting evening of great music for the man who was instrumental in the putting Trojan Records back on the map in the late seventies and early 2000s.
