DJ Vadim This Is Trojan Spotify Take-Over

Prolific DJ and producer, DJ Vadim takes over the ‘This Is Trojan’ spotify playlist throughout the whole of July.

Noted for his innovative approach to music making, which combines hip hop, soul, reggae, and electronica, he founded his own independent record label, Jazz Fudge in 1994, but the following year signed to Ninja Tune before joining his current label, BBE, in 2007.

During his career, he has worked with a variety of musicians, singers and groups, including DJ Krush, Stevie Wonder, The Roots, Prince, Public Enemy, Dilated Peoples, Kraftwerk, Sly & the Family stone, Fat Freddys Drop, Super Furry Animals and Paul Weller.

Aside from DJ-ing and producing, he regularly performs more than 170 shows a year, (playing in over 63 countries to date), works in A&R and promotion, while also presenting the BBC’s ‘Around the World in Eight Relays’ programme.

DJ Vadim‘s take over of the ‘This Is Trojan’ spotify playlist commences Friday 7^th July, with the first of his top Trojan tunes added every Friday morning thereafter throughout the rest of the month.
