Long since regarded as one of the finest boss reggae collections of the original boss reggae eras, the Kingstonians‘ 1970 album, ‘Singer Man’ will be available in all formats from this coming Friday.

The group, which comprised the trio of Cebert Jackie Bernard, his older brother Lloyd aka ‘Footy’ and cousin Radcliff Kerr, scored with a succession of major rock steady and reggae hits in the 1960s and 1970s before finally fading from the Jamaican music scene.

Their rise to the top and the tragic fall that followed is documented in a brand new bio on this site, while 20 of their best-loved works can now be heard on a newly curated Spotify playlist.
