Treasure Isle Goes Digital
To mark the 50th anniversary of the first UK Trojan label this summer, we are proud to announce the official digital release of 12 classic Treasure Isle albums from the 1960s and early 1970s across 11 titles.
Also issued are a further 2 popular compilations first relased by Trojan in the early Noughties, including ‘The Birth Of Trojan’, which collects all the tracks issued on the Island-created imprint as 7″ singles.
Trojan secured exclusive worldwide rights to Duke Reid‘s famed catalogue from Sonia Pottinger‘s estate in 2011 and over the ensuing months will be releasing further digital releases along with physical product, the details of which will follow over the coming weeks.
